Join the first and only stand up paddle yoga class in Seattle.

Our classes are designed¬† for all levels of yoga and stand up paddle enthusiasts — from the absolute newbie to the experienced practitioner.

Tailor-made to improve your balance and keep you above water (with an open invitation to make a splash if you please), each two-hour class begins with with a brief shore-side lesson on the basics of SUP followed by a guided paddling warm up. Each floating yoga session includes invigorating SUP sun salutations, strengthening and lengthening postures, breathing exercises, and guided meditation.

This is a yoga experience like none other.
