Our stand up paddle lessons are perfect for anyone looking for a little hands-on, step-by-step instruction when it comes to getting on the water.

Each two-hour excursion around Shilshole includes a lesson, an SUP board, a paddle  – and plenty of fun.

It’s also a great way to spend a date night, celebrate a birthday, or show guests a different view of the city.

"I have driven along Shilshole Bay on many beautiful Seattle days wishing I could get out on the water. Stopping in with a friend and renting paddle boards and heading out for an hour with an instructor was the perfect way to accomplish this.
